    I just got this bag a few weeks ago. It was just the size I’ve expected. This bag holds a TONS of games!!!(not literatelly)

    This bag is a great way for showing off people your new system! it even has “Nintendo 3DS” clearly printed on there. The strap is adjustable so you won’t have to worry about the size. The front pocket has little pockets for your games(they’re elastic). And the second pocket has a compartment made for your 3DS but they made it bigger so you can fit a DSiXL in there. The second pocket has two pouches for whatever you want to put in there (cellphone, charger, charging dock, playing cards, wallet, AR cards, ipod, earphone… and actually… it’s possible to fit all those items in there). One bad thing about this product is that one of the “tag” on the zipper may fall off when I pull it too hard. I fixed it easily. So, I don’t think that’s a big problem for ME. I’m sure not every bag is like that so I’ve decided not to rate it down just because of that. OVERALL this is a great product but it’s a little EXPENSIVE. I’m very satisfied with this product. This product is VERY USEFUL.

    ~UPDATE~
    I also found that there’s also compartment for 4 stylus at the side of the compartment for your system. (2 for small and 2 for those “big” stylus) They are a little too big so I usually just put my “big” stylus in the compartment for the little ones because it fits a little better and left the other twos empty;

    The Best Value for Size but Needs better Pocket Layout, May 9, 2012

    This messanger 3DS bag, in terms of size and price, makes for the best overall deal when it comes to the 3DS storage. Its closest contender would be the “Official Elite Transporter case” which is selling for roughly the same price, although this bag is only slightly cheaper if you are purchasing it used or from a non-Amazon vendor. After recieving this bag, it might have been a better idea to have gone for the other one.

    What sold me on this bag were 2 things – the price and the game storage capacity. You can literally fit 60 DS or 3DS game cartridges in here. But really, WHO even HAS that many cartridges that they want to carry around with them. I mean, get this thing stolen, and BOOM, lose everything. The pocket layout on this bag is also somewhat sloppy. The game cartridge area can realy only hold thinner items, so putting an adaptor or car charger in the game case portion would make the item jut out in an annoying way. Hence besides games, I would only place thinner items in there. Plus, the portion that carries the actual DS has a space for extra stuff and 2 separate zipper cases for anything else. These zipper pouches are too loose though, and getting things out of them proves to be a little bit of a hassle as the space simply isn’t able to open widely enough to get your hands comfortably in there. Yet, on the other hand, you CAN fit bigger items in there, such as both a car charger and an AC adaptor. The extra space that is NOT housing the 3DS sysetm and anything in the 2 zipper pouches can pretty much store anything. I myself have my Nyko battery extender cradle in there, along with my regular DS Lite.

    So while this bag has more space, and is cheaper, the space layout is just designed a bit sloppy. Giving this case a front zipper pouch would have been a very good idea, but that is actually put on the other case (as they are both made by Nintendo, I guess they wanted to make both slightly unique). Another plus is that this bag does have a shoulder strap, whereas I am not sure if the other does (I don’t think it does, it seems to only have the carrying handle).

    As far as materials, all these bags are constructed and sewn together beautifully, so there realy is no downside there. This thing like any others will last you for years.

    In conclusion, while both bags are great, the other Elite bag is more practical, even though this wins in price, portability (the shoulder strap and greater space), and overall design (it looks nicer).

    Thank you nintendo for making a decent size case. My son has 3 gaming systems and I hate lugging all those bags around. This fits his chargers, 60 games, and his 3 game systems. This is an answer to our mess we had. Now it all stays in one convenient place!
